absolutely! well said bez!

ADOBE! wake up and smell the coffee...
if you don't you will soon have an awful lot of unhappy people in the design & creative industry looking for other options... these, the very same people you depend on for your bread & butter!

Well, I'm not sure about the crashes other people experience with adobe software.
At the print shop I work at, we don't come across any big problems except for colour management in the RIP. Getting software and print hardware to do the same thing, the way we want is our biggest issue.
Other than that, our answer to most crashes is user error.
And our cm issues could be user error too.

That, and the reason why adobe is focusing so much on the whole Flash, Flex, Cataylst and these others is the fact that the print market is dying.
Just most people don't want to admit to it....like pre-mature balding and a growth in places that cannot be mentioned.

Wow, that was a great article. You make some really great points.

I personally think Apple is going too far with the secrecy about their new products. Case in point, the new iPhone. One gets lost in a bar by a drunk employee, and the person who finds it tries to return it. Apple won't take it because they don't believe him, so he sells it to Jason Chen, and they're in hysterics about it and are charging him with a felony. I personally find it ridiculous.

Anyway, I've written about it on my site. Check it out at <a href="http://4thgeniphone.com" rel="nofollow">http://4thgeniphone.com</A>. Thanks for the read!

I have Snow Leopard - was looking at the CD Cover Insert template in the CS4 InDesign program, and the text information on the template is not in English ... I am not sure what language it is in, but I don't recognize it (and I do speak a few languages - maybe not perfectly, but I usually can figure it out) ... very strange. Very frustrating. I don't see anywhere in preferences where I can change it to English either. InDesign is not importing my art for the CD's properly either. Not liking this. I may go back to Photoshop to work on my pieces simply because InDesign is not cooperating at all.
